Privacy Policy

Ubermorgen Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What data we collect

  • Personal identification information — your name, email address and company name — only when you choose to give it to us (for example, via the contact form or newsletter signup).

We do not collect analytics or build a profile of your visit. See Cookies and tracking below.

How we collect it

You provide this data directly when you:

  • Request a demo, contact us, or sign up for updates.
  • Send feedback by email.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and manage our relationship with you.
  • To send you information about our products and services, where you have asked to receive it.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

Marketing

We only send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@ubermorgen.land.

Your data protection rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request copies of your personal data.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data, in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction — ask us to restrict processing, in certain circumstances.
  • Object — object to our processing of your data.
  • Portability — ask us to transfer your data to you or another organisation.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@ubermorgen.land. We will respond within one month.

Cookies and tracking

We keep tracking to a minimum. This website uses only essential, first-party storage — small items saved in your own browser that make the site work, such as remembering that you have dismissed our cookie notice. These are never shared with anyone.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other third-party analytics or advertising trackers. No profile of your browsing is built, and we do not sell your data.

You can clear or block browser storage at any time via your browser settings. Because we only use essential storage, doing so has minimal impact — you may simply see the cookie notice again.

Other websites

Our website may link to other sites. This policy applies only to Ubermorgen, so please review the privacy policy of any site you visit via a link from ours.
